James E. McAnney, President

Jim McAnney, President, formed Byron Real Estate Company Inc. in 1993. After fifteen years in the Commercial Real Estate business in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, Jim saw an opportunity to create a Real Estate Firm specializing in Commercial Office and Retail Leasing together with sales of Shopping Centers and Office Buildings.

As the President of sizeable retail establishments, Mr. McAnney has a retail background. Recognizing the importance of high ethics, Mr. McAnney nurtures clients by giving 110% service.

Jim is responsible for the leasing of approximately 1.5 million square feet of commercial space throughout New Jersey.

He is a New Jersey licensed Real Estate Broker, and attended Stockton State College majoring in marketing and finance. He is an avid skier and runner. He resides in Ocean Township, New Jersey.

J. Thomas Means, Director

Tom Means has been a Director at Byron Real Estate Co., Inc. for the past seven years, during which time he has leased more than 550,000 square feet of office/ hi-tech space at Monmouth Park Corporate Centers I & II.

Tom's twenty-two years of experience in commercial real estate includes management expertise at Helmsly-Spear, Weichert Commercial and Matrix. His industry experience includes leasing, sales, asset management and the sale of foreclosed properties. His long list of clients includes Sea-Land Services, Midlantic Bank, Saint Barnabas Healthcare, Foxtons and GMAC.

He is a resident of Ocean Township, New Jersey, where he has been the Chairman of the Planning Board for the past ten years. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Dickinson College. He is both a Real Estate Licensed Salesperson and Broker in New Jersey.

John B. Krok, Vice President

John Krok serves Byron Real Estate Co., Inc. as Vice President, Brokerage Services. John brings 5 years of industry experience to the position representing Tenants, Landlords and Investors which include such notable companies as Verizon, Boeing Corp., General Motors, UMDNJ and many others.

Mr. Krok's responsibilities include the expansion of the Brokerage Services group, Tenant representation, Landlord representation, and Investment sales and analysis. He is also instrumental in the integration of services between the firms Brokerage and Property Management divisions.

Prior to joining Byron Real Estate Co., Inc, John was a sales associate with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in the company's Iselin, NJ office. During his tenure with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., John was involved in every aspect of leasing and sales of office, industrial and retail properties.

Mr. Krok received a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and accounting from Clemson University. John is on the fundraising committee of the Monmouth County Association for Retarded Citizens (ARC). In addition, he has trained marathon teams for the Arthritis Foundation of New Jersey. He enjoys golfing, skiing, sailing, running and spending time with his family.

Susanna H. Kadash, Salesperson

Handri Kadash joined Byron Real Estate Co., Inc. as a referral Real Estate Salesperson in 2003. Ms. Kadash is currently employed by G.B., Ltd. Oper., Co., Inc., Byron Real Estate Co., Inc.'s major client, and is responsible for operational management at G.B., Ltd. Oper., Co., Inc.'s commercial office and retail sites in New Jersey.

Prior to joining G.B., Ltd. Oper., Co., Inc. in 2001 Handri managed three portfolios of commercial office, retail, and industrial space of approximately 2.5 million square feet in South Africa. Her Property Management experience of nine years and her prior seven years banking experience brings to Byron Real Estate Co., Inc. and G.B., Ltd. Oper., Co., Inc. expertise in property management, project management, budgeting and financial management, capital expenditure management and routine building maintenance.

She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and has professional accreditation through the National Institute of Bankers in South Africa. She holds a Real Estate Sales Person's license in New Jersey.
