We provide clients with detailed construction management services designed to handle any and all situations, regardless of the size or complexity. From site identification through the design and approvals phase to final turnover, we are there every step of the way. We provide services for the construction of new office, industrial and retail facilities, major and minor renovations and capital and tenant improvements.

Monitor project schedule and budget, with reporting provided to Client

Discuss contractual and process methods for monitoring construction services

Prepare and control general contractor bid and contracts process

Receive and analyze construction proposals and negotiate contracts for Client approval & signature

Develop landlord/building management coordination plan for entire project requirements

Establish periodic site meetings with project team

Conduct punch list inspection with architect and Client (architect to issue written documentation), & final sign-off

Approve monthly requests for payment from consultants and vendors

Close out consultant and vendor contracts and coordinate delivery of final turn-key package
